01 // How We Work Together
These Terms of Service outline our working relationship for all custom mobile applications, websites, SaaS platforms, design work, and software services delivered by Limo Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our").
Before starting any project, we provide a written Project Roadmap or Statement of Work detailing exact deliverables, milestones, and timelines so there are never any hidden surprises.
02 // 100% Client Ownership of All Code & Assets
We believe you should have complete freedom without any vendor lock-in. Upon payment of agreed milestones, you unconditionally own 100% of all source code, database structures, UI designs, and files created for your project.

✓ All Figma UI designs, custom graphics, and icons
✓ Full access to deployment files and server setup instructions
✓ Zero ongoing licensing or recurring royalty fees to us
03 // Fair Milestone-Based Payments
To keep everything transparent and low-risk, project payments are divided into clear stages:
- Initial Deposit: Typically 30%–40% upon signing the project agreement to begin wireframes, architecture, and design.
- Progress Demonstration: An interim payment once core features are built and shown to you on a private demo/staging link.
- Final Launch & Handover: Final balance settled once testing is complete, you approve the deliverables, and the app/site is ready for launch.
- Payment Methods: Invoices can be settled easily via bank wire transfer, UPI, or corporate cards.
04 // Testing, Review & Approval
Whenever we deliver a milestone build on our staging link, you receive a full 10 business days to test and review everything against the agreed project scope. Any defects or deviations found during testing are fixed by our team promptly at no extra charge.
05 // 60-Day Free Post-Launch Warranty
Every project we build comes with a complimentary 60-day post-launch warranty starting the day your project goes live. During these 60 days, we guarantee:
06 // Mutual NDA & Confidentiality
Both parties agree that all project documentation, business plans, customer data, and source code will be kept completely confidential. Neither party will disclose proprietary trade secrets or business information to outside entities.
07 // Cloud Accounts & Third-Party Tools
To keep you in complete control, ongoing third-party infrastructure fees (such as AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase, Apple Developer $99/yr, or domain registration) are set up directly under your company's own accounts. We help you configure everything securely and cost-effectively.
08 // Clear Expectations & Liability
We stand firmly behind the quality of our engineering. As standard in software development agreements, our cumulative liability related to any engagement is limited to the fees paid under the specific project agreement.
